Just before the Get Lucky ennui set in, Daft Punk released their second Random Access Memories single, Lose Yourself To Dance, and today they’ve shared a visual for that track. A shortened version of the clip aired during the VMAs, but you probably missed that.
It’s a fairly simple concept for the mysterious helmet-wearing duo; a space-age take on the ol’ “here’s us playing in a garage” video. The clip features Pharrell, Nile Rodgers, and Daft Punk performing on an elevated (floating?) stage above adoring fans. As the group grooves its way through the robotic disco jam, the members glow and glisten like holograms. Maybe they took notes from will.i.am. Check out the video, below.
