Perennial industry curmudgeons rejoice: Future Of The Left will release a new EP, Polymers Are Forever, in the U.S. on November 15 on Xtra Mile. The tracklist for the 20-minute EP can be found below. Sure, it might have a song called “My Wife Is Unhappy,” but Andy “Falco” Falkous’ mom even said that the EP is “very nice.” Aww.

And as if this news couldn’t get any better, as Falco announced yesterday in a heavily footnoted blog post, FOTL has a still-labeless full-length, The Plot Against Common Sense, slated for 2012. The EP’s title track, “Polymers Are Forever,” will appear on the album. But while we impatiently wait Stateside, Brits and Aussies can catch the band on tour in November and December.
