Mumford And Sons has announced that it will headline a U.S. tour in June, which will include shows at the Bonnaroo Music Festival and the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. This tour immediately follows Mumford And Sons’ participation in the Railroad Revival tour, where the band will travel the American Southwest on vintage railcars and play shows with other indie-folkies Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeros and Old Crow Medicine Show.

Though Mumford And Sons has been popular in Britain since its founding in 2007, it was not until the group was nominated for a Grammy in the Best New Artist category last year that it began experiencing popularity in the States. Since its Sigh No More album was released in February 2010, it has steadily climbed the Billboard 200 and reached the No. 2 spot in January 2011.
