Despite the release of their new album, Days Of Abandon, being pushed back one month, twee-poppers The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart are not idle. They just shared the album’s second single, Eurydice, named after the wife of Orpheus in Greek mythology. There’s lots of references to “losing you” here, which seems to align with the stories of Orpheus attempting to revive Eurydice through music.
