We’ve already had a taste of Jensen Sportag’s upcoming album, Stealth Of Days, in the form of ’80s-sheen track Bellz. Today, the Nashville duo has shared a new album cut, Rain Code, and it dives a little deeper into the shadowy dance terra the band has planted its roots in.
The track takes us past the pitch-shifted, beat-scattered funk of Bellz, and into more breathy, siren-song territory. Rain Code has the pair toying with tinny percussion and gauzy, traceless vocals past the five-minute mark. Let it lull you into a stupor (via Spin), below.
