It’s almost that time of year again! The 12th annual Latin American Music Conference, a yearly collection of panels and showcases centering on Latin music, will descend upon New York City in July. Taking place at New York’s Roosevelt Hotel from July 6 through 9, the LAMC will feature free shows at Central Park’s SummerStage, home to a series of free shows every summer, and Celebrate Brooklyn Festival at Brooklyn’s Prospect Park.

Around 25,000 people attended last year’s LAMC, and this year’s conference features pithy panel titles like “99 PROBLEMS: And Putting Together A Tour Shouldn’t Be One” and “SOY TU BRAND: Latin Music And The Art Of Sponsorship, Branding & Licensing.” (Fun Fact: Our previous and current editors have spoken on past panels!)
