Summer is dying, which means Hallowmas is right around the corner and coming (if you’re lucky) to a city near you. New York’s “orchestral punk rock” troupe, World/Inferno Friendship Society, is taking off on a nationwide tour starting September 30 that will culminate in three Hallowmas blowouts. The band, which Urban Dictionary calls a “circus related nyc punk rock gang,” is known to host a few raucous shows each year for Hallowmas—in past years the band’s frontman, the politically (and just generally) outspoken Jack Terricloth—has burned himself in effigy.

The Phenomenauts will accompany the band on this tour, which is in support of World/Inferno Friendship Society’s new album, The Anarchy And The Ecstasy. Check below for tour dates from the band, now in its 15 year, and maybe you’ll catch a live rant from Jack Terricloth.
