red-mass-sharp
The revolving door of artistic collaborators that is Red Mass was created three years ago by renowned guitarist Roy Vucino. In these short years, the group has managed to pump out 25 releases, and today they’ve shared a video for their soul-turned-disco-turned-punk track Sharp. As if the song’s harrowing melodies and abrupt descent into Dio-ville weren’t disturbing enough, the video comes along to make sure your skin is crawling as well as your ears. At the same time, there’s everything you could ever ask for in a music video here: blood, fire, half-naked people, flashing lights and lots of gyrating. It’s like a freak-show car crash you can’t help but be interested in. Oh, did we mention Mac DeMarco sings on this too? Unfortunately, you won’t see him in the video, but you can still let your freak flag fly by checking it out (via Noisey), along with some tour dates below.
