One of the highlights on Mount Kimbie’s recent Cold Spring Fault Less Youth is Home Recording. Drawn-out drones, a sluggish beat, and full-fledged vocals give the song an intimate feeling. Director Anthony Dickenson complimented its depressing undertones with equally dark shots and video overlays. Together, the song and video create a sense of claustrophobia, much like in a cramped home studio.
 
The clip features cloudy shots of outdoor scenery that is at once beautiful and dreary. A layer of glass seems to be laid over the footage, toying with light and reflections. Watch the video for Home Recording, below.
