What happens when gravity changes planes and your warehouse apartment with all your furnishings starts spontaneously combusting? According to No Age, it’s just another day in the duo’s life where nothing gets in the way of its jam session. The two-piece powerpunk band from Los Angeles released its video for “Fever Dreaming” (below) today, which documents said events without the happiest of endings.
Directed by Patrick Daughters (Yeah Yeah Yeah’s “Maps,” Feist’s “1,2,3,4”), No Age’s new video shows the two band members going about their daily business as their living space slowly folds in on itself and debris dangerously flies around them. This doesn’t keep guitarist Randy Randall from picking up his axe or drummer Dean Spunt from keeping the beat on the nearest object.
“Fever Dreaming” is one of two singles from the band’s recent release Everything In Between (Sub Pop), which came out in September 2010. The two will be playing shows in the southwest US with Rene Hell before heading out on a brief world tour spanning Mexico, Japan and the United Kingdom throughout February with A-ron The Downtown Don. No Age returns to its native California at the end of the month.
