The Botwins aren’t the only ones leaving Copenhagen these days: Danish DJ Andres Trentemøller will follow up his current European tour with a double album, a tour of North America and a remix swap project with fellow Danish group Efterklang.

The double album, Remixed And Reworked, will be released November 7 and contains both reinterpretations from songs off of his sophomore album, Into The Great Wide Yonder, and remixes of songs by other artists. For Trentemøller’s remix swap with the Denmark-bred, Berlin-based group Efterklang, he remixed a collection of the band’s tracks and gave Efterklang some of his own work to remix. One track from each camp will be released on iTunes with the winning submission from their album artwork design contest, which invites fans to create and send in potential album covers for the remix swap. The 10 best entries will be featured in the collection’s digital booklet.
