Backed by producers with track records (get it) of success, Brooklyn-based rapper Theophilus London will release his Lovers Holiday EP (Warner Bros.) on February 8. The EP contains guest vocals from the likes of Sara Quin (Tegan And Sara) and Solange Knowles while combining hip hop, pop and soul in five tracks.

After releasing his This Charming Mixtape in 2009, London performed live in both American and European clubs before joining Green Label Sound to release his singles “Humdrum Down” and “Flying Overseas,” the latter of which made the cut for his new EP.

With tracks produced by Devonte Hynes (Lightspeed Champion), Jokke Ahnuld (Teddybears) and Dave Sitek (TV On The Radio, Maximum Balloon), London aimed to write songs defining love in 2011. London recently played three sold out show in New York City with Swedish imports Little Dragon, and will be headlining a show on February 14 to celebrate his upcoming release at Music Hall Of Williamsburg in Brooklyn.
