Delicate Steve has announced plans for summer headlining dates extending through August. The tour kicks off this Saturday at Brooklyn Bowl and wraps up August 5 back in Brooklyn at the Celebrate Brooklyn! event in Prospect Park. The New Jersey-based, genre-bending outfit is touring with a rotation of hot indie acts ranging from the epic experimental rock group Battles to the Australian synth-pop quartet Cut Copy.

Delicate Steve seemingly came out of nowhere when the band released its mostly instrumental debut full-length, Wondervisions, in February. The group’s Steve Marion recently performed at the Our Band Could Be Your Life concert in New York last Sunday where he played tracks by Minutemen with Sonic Youth’s Lee Ranaldo and Les Savy Fav’s Tim Harrington. Stream the show here, and check below for the full list of summer tour dates.
