Phil Jones has announced a new album under his solo moniker, Dog Bite, called Velvet Changes due to be released via Carpark on February 5, 2013. Previously the keyboardist for Washed Out, Jones is now creating inspired, dreamy music of his own. The LP’s first single, “Prettiest Pills,” is wonderfully dark, softly melodic and slightly psychedelic with an upbeat ’80s rock twist. Hopefully we’ll hear more singles from the album as the year progresses. Listen to it, below.
