Folk-metal five-piece O’Death will release its third full-length album, Outside (Ernest Jenning), reuniting after a year-long hiatus, on April 19. To support the album, O’Death will launch a North American tour beginning in March.

After releasing a debut album in 2007, Head Home, and a second album in 2008, Broken Hymns, Limbs And Skin, O’Death set out on a tour in 2009, which was interrupted due to drummer David Rogers-Berry’s diagnoses of osetosarcoma (a cancerous bone tumor). Once Rogers-Berry finished his treatment, the band regrouped to work on their upcoming release with producer/engineer Billy Pavone (The Fall, Asobi Seksu).

The band’s North American tour runs from mid-March to mid-April, with dates that include SXSW. its supporting acts are many: the Strange Boys, Natural Child, Franz Nicolay, David Dondero, Helado Negro, Sasquatch, the Haunted Windchimes, the Hollows and Grandchildren will all make appearances on the tour.
