Seattle-based Minus The Bear has just announced U.S. tour dates through the beginning of June. After the release of the band’s fourth LP, OMNI—its most successful thus far according to various indie and U.S. Billboard charts—the band continues to promote the record with its worldwide tour. Minus The Bear has released a second single off of OMNI, “Hold Me Down,” as well an accompanying live concert music video of the track.

The two singles from OMNI, “My Time” and “Hold Me Down,” reflect two sides of Minus The Bear. Though the first single represents the electro-synth pop sound that Minus The Bear has become associated with in the last few years, “Hold Me Down” illustrates the band’s energy and commitment to live rock performance, featuring a simpler sound with upbeat drums and distorted guitars.
