Ahh Le1f. Earlier this year you gave us Fly Zone, and we were happy. But soon all those weed-goggled glitter jams weren’t enough, and we began to act insatiable, grasping at any hint that you were up to something new. That’s why it’s a relief 2013 won’t end without another Le1f mixtape: Tree House, out September 10 via Camp And Street.

For a taste of what’s to come, check out the mixtape’s first single, Damn Son, below. It’s a beat-addled front porch burner with Le1f spewing rhymes that could cut glass and then glue it back together. In other words, it’s “fresh like Downy, soft like chiffon.”
