By its own words, New York’s Freelance Whales gets “fancy” with its latest video. Unlike the band’s previous inclination towards guerilla aesthetics that pit the five-piece live at the MTA nerve center of Williamsburg (known more commonly as the Bedford L subway stop) the visuals going with “Enzymes” opt for dreamily slick, and mostly dewy all over. The video was directed by Chunwoo Kae and Ryan Demler of Neue Films, whose handiwork has previously been seen on Surfer Blood’s video for “Swim.”

The video is below, and the song is available as a free download at Green Label Sound.
