Northern California native Robin Bacior has shared the new video for her latest single, “Ohio,” exclusively with CMJ. The track is the lead song from her forthcoming album, Rest Our Wings, which will be released on November 1. The visual was directed by Alex Fischer and Ellis Bahl and features choreography from Kristina Donello. Centered around dancer Meredith Blouin, the video shows Blouin performing a ballet piece in an empty, naturally lit room. However, the simplicity of the dance is slightly muddled by the kaleidoscope effect of segmented screens running in the same frame.

Bacior created a buzz for herself last year when her self-owned label, Consonants And Vowels, released her debut EP, Aimed For Night, along with her 7” vinyl, Man Before Me b/w Headless Sheep, and she has been pushing along ever since. Check out the new video for “Ohio” below.
