In support of its upcoming untitled fourth album, British rock band Arctic Monkeys plans to invade American shores for a national tour this May. The four-piece will deliver its buzzy brand of chorded guitar rock providing the much-needed energy that most American bands have been unable to muster live as of late. The last time Arctic Monkeys knocked on American doors was 2009, when the band played in support of its third LP, Humbug (Domino).
Arctic Monkeys has released one song from the new LP, a song called “Brick By Brick.” There is no release date yet, but expect new information in the coming weeks, as fans will have to be singing something other than “I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor” for the millionth time (although you know they’re going to sing that too).
