Antony And The Johnsons will be playing a huge show called Swanlights at Radio City Music Hall on January 26. How big? Well, the band has got a 60-piece orchestra for starters. Commissioned by the Museum Of Modern Art, the show will feature songs spanning all of Antony And The Johnsons’ records, arranged for a symphony by composers Nico Muhly, Maxim Moston and the Johnsons’ own Rob Moose. You can expect the epic as Antony and co. have set and light designers cooking up something likely to rival Broadway. Johnsons’ frontman, Antony Hegarty, is already legendary for his spellbinding performances. He keeps good company too, having performed with Bjork, Yoko Ono, Boy George, Lou Reed, among others. Tickets go on sale November 12 at 10 a.m. here.
