Andrew Bird has announced a new tour in support of his 12th album, Break It Yourself, with pre-sale tickets available tomorrow. You’ll get some cool swag along with your guaranteed into the show. All tickets come with a download code for the new album when it drops on March 6 via Mom + Pop. You’ll also get a live EP from Bird’s fall tour called Fake Conversations as well as a souvenir live EP from the upcoming tour. Talk about bang for your buck. Don’t worry if Bird’s flightpath isn’t over your town because the album/live EP bundle will be on sale too. A deluxe vinyl edition of the new album is also in the works.

Mr. Bird has had quite the career. If you’ve never come across him before allow us to sum it all up. He picked up the violin at age 4, learned a bazillion classical arrangements entirely by ear and then fused jazz, blues and folk into a pop lexicon all before age 20. Since his debut in 1997 he’s made 11 albums, played at New York’s Carnegie Hall and scored for film. Bird’s an over-achiever, no doubt, and he doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon with 26 shows all across North America.
