FAQ
A: In order to receive full admission to all CMJ events, including panel
discussions, keynotes, performances, films and more, there is only one pass
available - the general attendee or student attendee CMJ Music Marathon badge.
Admission to all events is based on a first-come, first-served basis, due
to room/club/theater capacities. CMJ Music Marathon badges are valid for
all four days and nights of the festival. Most CMJ-sponsored showcases and
Films are open to the public (there are exceptions) and tickets to each individual
event are available through the venue's box office. For special badge offers
please click here. -- CLOSE
A: Individual club policies remain in full effect during CMJ. In other words,

The best way to find out is to call the club directly and inquire about their age policy. --

A: As you can well imagine, it takes quite some time to place all
the bands, but we do our best to confirm bands as quickly as possible.
All the updates on showcase placements will be available at cmj.com
as soon as shows are confirmed. The site will be updated frequently
prior to the event. A complete schedule is printed in the CMJ Music
Marathon Festival Guide, which comes in your registration goodie bag.
The registration bags can be picked up during registration hours at
conference headquarters. --

to play - on the merits of their music and nothing else. --
