CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION CREDITS

The New York State Bar Association’s Meetings Department has been certified by the NYS Continuing Legal Education Board as an accredited provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. Under New York’s MCLE rule, this program has been approved for a total of up to [6.0] MCLE credit hours.

This program is accredited for a total of 6.0 MCLE credit hours, 5.0 in Professional Practice and 1.0 in Ethics, this program is non-transitional and does not qualify for newly admitted attorneys.

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION CREDITS

Prager and Fenton LLP has been certified by the New York State Continuing Professional Education Board as an accredited provider of continuing professional education in the State of New York. Under New York’s CPE rule, this program has been approved for a total of up to 7.0 CPE credit hours.

CPE full-credit breakdown:

  • 6.0 CPE credit hours in “Specialized Knowledge”
  • 1.0 CPE credit hour in “Accounting & Auditing”

Under New York State Bar Association policy, attorneys who require financial assistance may apply in writing, not later than 14 working days prior to the program, explaining the basis of his/her hardship, and, if approved, may receive a discount or scholarship, depending on the circumstances
