Late Night With Jimmy Fallon
Lawrence Manchester is equally comfortable recording a 90-piece orchestra for a Martin Scorsese masterpiece, tracking vocals with Beyonce, engineering the Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark cast album for Bono & The Edge, "Slow Jamming The News" with President Obama, or mixing The Roots in 5.1 surround sound to a live TV audience of millions.
To date, Lawrence has engineered the scores for three Oscar-winning films: The Departed, Frida, and The Red Violin and he’s collaborated with some of today's most accomplished composers (Danny Elfman, Marc Shaiman, Howard Shore) and finest directors (Ang Lee, Robert De Niro, The Coen Brothers).
Lawrence is also the music mixer for NBC's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and the Grammy Award-winning co-producer of Jimmy's comedy album Blow Your Pants Off. On the show he's mixed performances by Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, Mumford & Sons, Justin Timberlake, Motorhead, Bon Iver, My Morning Jacket, and The Muppets.
