Jen Pearce began her career at Terrorbird Media where she represented roughly 40 indie labels for sync licensing. She then went on to be the Director of Commercial Licensing at Warner Bros. Records and is currently the Sr. Director of Commercial Licensing & Brand Partnerships at Downtown Records. Most recently she has worked on integrating music into campaigns for brands including American Express, Expedia, Bushmills, Mercedes and Starbucks.
