Leo advises Google's product teams on legal issues relating to uses of music in their products. His practice spans Google's products globally, and his clients include Google Play and YouTube. Prior to joining Google's legal team in 2010, he was a member of Morrison & Foerster's Technology Transactions Group in New York City, where he focused on digital music licensing and data privacy issues. He earned his JD in 2007 from the Georgetown University Law Center.
