BADGE INFORMATION

All CMJ events, showcases, panels, parties and special events require an official CMJ Music Marathon badge to enter. All CMJ badges must be picked up at CMJ’s registration hall. Please allow for enough time to obtain your badge prior to the first event you would like to attend.

PICK-UP HOURS

Your CMJ Badge can be picked up during the following times:

  • Tuesday, 10/16: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday, 10/17: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday, 10/18: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Friday, 10/19: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (7:00 AM open for CLE and walk-up only)
  • Saturday, 10/20: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

 

All CMJ daytime conference events, including panels, seminars  will be located next door at:

Valid photo ID is required. For student badge types, a valid student ID required. There will be no badge replacements or refunds. TERMS OF ENTRY

Badges must be worn at all times during CMJ Music Marathon 2012 events, including all panels, exhibits, films and music showcases. Entrance to all CMJ Music Marathon events is subject to specific venue restrictions and front door policies. Venue capacity is limited; admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of 21 years of age is required at all venues unless otherwise noted. Audiotaping, videotaping and still photography by a registrant with any device at any CMJ Music Marathon 2012 event or function without pre-approved credentials is strictly prohibited.

By attending CMJ Music Marathon 2012, registrants acknowledge that they may be photographed or videotaped by CMJ at NYU, Judson Church and music or film events and grant permission to CMJ to do so without any claims to monetary compensation. In the event of a stolen, lost or misplaced badge(s), badge replacement is the sole responsibility of the registrant. CMJ WILL NOT REPLACE, REFUND OR CREDIT LOST BADGES. A full registration fee will be charged to obtain a duplicate badge. For security reasons, all bags and backpacks are subject to search while on the premises of NYU and Judson Church. CMJ Network Inc. (or any agents, servants, employees, officers and directors) shall have no liability for damage or injury to the person or property of the registrant from any cause whatsoever that may occur on or off the premises for the duration of CMJ Music Marathon 2012. CMJ Music Marathon 2012 reserves the right to revoke badges and/or credentials and expel a registrant whose actions are deemed unacceptable or improper. Badges are non-transferable.
