Rapper Rick Ross is being sued (again) for his 2010 album title, Teflon Don. A rapper also named Teflon Don is suing for Ross and many others, including DJ Khaled and Def Jam, for “trademark infringement, common-law trademark rights, trademark delusion, unfair competition, tortious interference and fraud and identity theft.”
