If you are hungry at 3 a.m. and have a craving for Peking duck, here is your destination. Mo Nan is an authentic Chinese restaurant located in Chinatown. «Pure délice» I would say. It’s really the best place to go to end your night and fill your stomach. I always feel like Kurt Russell in Big Trouble In Little China when I go there. Magic.

Snack N Blues

5260 Boulevard Saint-Laurent Montréal, QC H2T 1S1

This bar is a total warp zone. Every time I get drunk there, I feel like I’m going back in time; New York City late-’70s kind of vibe. There’s a candy buffet at the entrance, which is really hard to resist. Also the music is always good. Apparently the DJ who’s spinning the vinyls used to be a star in his childhood. A band that sounded like the Jackson 5 at the time. Can’t remember the name…

Miami is a fun place to go late night if you like poutine and burgers. This deli never closes and has the largest selection of meals I have in seen in my life. The food isn’t gourmet, but the decoration is just sick: aquariums, parrots, iguanas and palm trees. It’s an interesting clash when it’s –40°C outside.
