College Day, brought to you by Sounds Australia, is a full day—9:30 a.m through 5 p.m.—of programming designed for the special interests and needs of college and community radio personnel. There will be panels, breakfast, lunch, performances from Aussie bands and a whole room stacked with eager college radio and industry members. Think you couldn’t get a livelier education in one room on a college campus? Don’t forget the CMJ College Radio Awards, which honor the best and brightest, the movers and shakers of the college radio world (stay tuned: more information on the awards will be announced next week). The whole shebang will take place Thursday, October 20, in Rosenthal Pavilion in NYU’s Kimmel Center, New York City.
Be sure to check out these College Day panels.
